Concept of the WEAV
We propose a vehicle which employs no moving parts and assures near instanteous response time with 360 deg maneuverability.
Goal: Fundamental development in the plasma based flow actuation using atmospheric medium:
(a) to improve at least an order of magnitude in thrust generation;
(b) to improve at least an order of magnitude in power/weight ratio.
