Background: Born in New York City, grew up and completed high school in Orlando.
Previous Institution: Completed BS degree at the University of Florida in the Department of Electrical Engineering.
Current Activities: In pursuit of a Ph.D. degree, working on plasma actuation within the Applied Physics Research Group, specifically in developing the initial prototype for a plasma microactuator. Characterizing the electrical properties and requirements of DBD plasma actuators. Also a member of the Interdisciplinary Microsystems Group, studying under Dr. David P. Arnold in collaboration with Dr. Subrata Roy.

Extracurricular Activities: Student member of AIAA organization at UF. I enjoy playing disc golf, racquetball, basketball and tennis. I also love to play drums and spend time with my dog.
Long Term Goals: Upon completion of a Ph.D., I'd like to become a contributing member within the MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical) community.
