My Bachelor's Project in Rocket Propulsion involved working with hybrid rockets. It was a computational project in which I used Fluent 6.2.16 to simulate scenarios investigating the turbulence effects caused by inserting a transverse protrusion along the length of the fuel grain in a hybrid rocket. A paper summarizing the work done was compiled and presented at the the International Conference on High Energy Materials to be held at Shriharikota, A.P, India in Dec. 2007.
